These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between pb77 ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("member", "you"). By accessing the pb77 platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

pb77 is an online sports betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. The platform operates using SSL encryption technology and ensures fair play.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the pb77 platform.

Having an active account at pb77 is a prerequisite for using all services. The following membership rules must be followed:

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited, and in such cases all accounts may be permanently closed.
• All information provided during account registration must be completely accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false information is strictly prohibited.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the pb77 support team immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• pb77 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

To open an account at pb77 and use any service, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors or participation in any gaming activity is strictly prohibited.

pb77 may request valid identification (National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate) to verify the age of any member in cases of doubt. If age verification fails or proof cannot be provided, the account will be closed and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

All rules regarding transactions at pb77 are listed below:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other methods beyond these four mobile wallets are currently supported. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.
• Each deposit must be sent from the member's own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• pb77 reserves the right to delay withdrawals until identity verification is completed if required.

The bonuses and promotional offers available at pb77 are governed by the following rules:

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
• Wagering example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

General conditions for bonus rules:

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The terms of any promotional offer may apply separately and will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• pb77 reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any member or cancel an active bonus if fraudulent activity is detected.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets in designated game categories — specific restrictions may apply.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts or from the same device / IP address is prohibited.

The following rules regarding betting and gaming at pb77 are mandatory for all members:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out feature is available for that specific service.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a server or network error, pb77 will make a decision based on technical data and that decision will be considered final.
• For sports betting, the results declared by the organizing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) will be considered final.
• Payouts displayed due to technical errors, incorrect odds, or incorrect currency conversions may be corrected or cancelled at pb77's discretion.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to gain a strategic advantage (arbitrage or multi-accounting) is prohibited.
• In casino games, particularly live table games, standard casino etiquette and rules must be followed.

pb77's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active play, members have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers. VIP tier determination is at pb77's sole discretion, and the detailed criteria are set according to pb77's own policies.

Cashback is calculated every week and credited directly to the member's account balance. pb77 reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pb77 platform:

• Operating gaming or betting activities using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Creating or operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Engaging in harmful or harassing behavior toward other members.
• Using or distributing pb77's trademarks, content, or intellectual property without permission.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to secure guaranteed profit by placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event (hedging or arbitrage).

pb77 may temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms is violated.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents or submission of insufficient documents.
• Suspicion of fraudulent transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or responsible gaming measures).

Members may also contact the support team at any time to close their account. In the event of account closure, any valid balance (subject to bonus terms being met) will be returned.

pb77 is not responsible for the following:

• Service interruption caused by loss of internet connection, device malfunction, or technical issues from third parties.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from user negligence or a leaked password.
• Personal, financial, or psychological harm suffered by a member as a result of gaming.
• Temporary service outages during server maintenance or force majeure events.

pb77 always strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, if a temporary issue arises for technical reasons, it will be resolved in the shortest time possible.
